§ 1 General
1.    The customers personal details (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account details, credit card details) are only used in accordance with the German regulations for the privacy and protection of data rights. The following regulations inform you of what type of details, to what purpose and  inquiries take place, processing and use of personal information are made.  This data privacy statement is only in relation to our website.  If you use links on our website to access other websites, please ensure that you are informed of the respective websites conditions and activities regarding personal data.

§ 2 Automatic data collection
1.    For technical purposes the following data, is communicated to us (and gathered by us) as the customers web browser conveys:

- Type and version of browser
- Operating system in place
- Websites from which the customer visits us (Referrer URL)
- Websites that the customer visits
- Date and time of the customers access
- The customers Internet Protocol (IP Address).

This anonymous data does not leave trace of details for any specific person and are deleted when the customer leaves our website.

§ 3 User details
1.    Personal details are necessary in order for the customer  to make use of our offers and for calculation purpose; they are also implemented for the closing of contracts. Under user details specific characteristics reflecting the  customers identity, beginning and end of the customers  use including details about usage of customer services are gathered.  User details for the purpose of invoicing (so called invoice data) can lawfully be transferred to other vendors and contractors (as long as this is necessary for the purpose of invoicing. After the complete payment of our fee has  been effected, the user data and invoice data information will be deleted. In place of the deletion there will be a blockage implemented, when according to law, statutory or record retention periods do not permit us to completely delete this information.
2.    Upon request from regulating and responsible bodies we are permitted in particular cases, to disclose information about user data and to assist them in their duties to comply with the legal assignment of the federal and state – federal office for the protection of the constitution, the German Intelligence Service and the Military. This provision applies for the assertion of intellectual property rights and the prevention of danger by the state police departments. 

§ 4 Disclosure of Information
